Show: Focus on Color National Juried Art Exhibition

I found out at the reception on Nov 4th that I got 1st place in this show, with a cash prize! Go check out my piece and a lot of other great art if you're in the area. There are some interesting art quilts, one from as far away as Alaska, a large enameled piece I found quite interesting, and an interactive piece with moving aluminum panels that was fun to play around with. There is also a solo show of colorful landscapes downstairs--both small pastel studies and large, enveloping acrylics with fields of abstracted flowers.
